Payment Policy

PBS is a service based business with hard costs associated. Just as in each sales agreement the payments and refund policy is as follows. All deposits are Non-Refundable. For campaign based projects such as website, endowments, or apps. If you choose to cancel. You will be charged for all billable hours associated with the campaign not covered by deposit or previous payments.  Service-based contracts such as consulting, certifications, and marketing are non-refundable as there are meetings, items completed, and human resources spent to achieve the outcome. If the client wishes to cancel or pause the service. They will retain an internal credit for the balance of hours not billed to their campaign.

All certifications are to be paid in full. If a grace period or payment arrangement is offered the service counter begins on the day the last payment is completed.
We are not responsible for any delays due to SBA/DOT/DOL processing.
